Control systems

In the IDA ICE Standard edition, in general the following control options are available:

• Controller setpoints
• Time schedules
• Various predefined controls (like VAV control) based on these controller setpoints

In the IDA ICE Expert edition, the user may define custom controls. These are available for the

• whole building
• zones
• heating and cooling units
• ventilation
• opening
• window shading
• lighting

Control systems may be also defined in primary systems, air handling units and fan coils,
