The Floor Plan view shows the building body, zones, windows, openings, and imported CAD or IFC data at the given height.
All objects are shown in building coordinates. A compass shows the orientation of the building. To change the orientation, go to Site view.
There are different ways to switch level:
- click on "level" and select the hight (m)
- click on the hight of the level (ex. 0.0m) and switch between the existing levels
- click on the upward and downward arrow to go a level up and down
Supported operations on Floor Plan
- Add, open, move, resize, edit, rename, and remove parts of building body, zones, windows, openings.
- Move the selected objects using Shift dialog;
- Use several object commands by right-clicking and performing scripted operations. Examples are merging and splitting zones and building bodies, duplicating geometries between object types, window operations, and so on.
- Building and zone geometry import;
- IFC and CAD import
The properties of the selected object are shown on the Properties page of the Side Bar and may be edited there.
