Connections

Two models with compatible interfaces can be connected. The connection implies that the corresponding variables in these interfaces have to be equal during simulation (or be equal with opposite sign for flow variables with opposite flow directions). The equalities may be modeled using equations (acausal connections) or assignments (causal connections). The causality is derived automatically from the properties of the connected interfaces.
