The Side Bar

The Side Bar may be displayed at the left side of the main window. It contains tabs of two types: Property pages and Palettes.

To enable or disable the Side Bar

  • Click the btn_sidebar.gif symbol in the tool bar
    or select the menu item Views | Screen layout to open the Screen layout page of the Preferences dialog. Click Side Bar check box and click OK button.

Property Pages

A property page is a window that shows some properties of the currently selected object.

The usage and the contents of the property page are determined by IDA applications.

Palettes

A palette contains the objects that may be inserted in the active window.

The contents of the palette are determined by IDA applications.
