Components in the electrical system are shown in the form. From the left side bar Wind turbine, free standing PV panels and Electrical battery can be chosen by double clicking or dragging them into the form.  Building integrated Photovoltaics are set in the 3D-view, since their location has to be chosen, but they are then editable in this form.

The "Build electrical system" link in the upper right corner builds the electrical system at advanced level.
