Undo and Redo

The Undo command reverses the last change made by the user in the current IDA system. Multiple consecutive Undo commands are supported.

The Redo command restores the last change reversed by the Undo command.

When working with multiple IDA systems, every system has its own Undo/Redo queue.

The user actions that do not affect the data (e.g., change of view and editing forms) are not stored in the Undo/Redo queue.

When editing text (either a text field, or a text element, or text view), the Undo/Redo commands are interpreted as in a text processor.

Some commands (e.g., Run simulation and Build model) cannot be undone.
