The Edit Menu
The Edit Menu contains various alternatives for editing within a document. These are:
| Undo | Revert the last change in the current document |
| Redo | Revert the last "Undo" |
| Cut | Delete the selected element(s) and put them in the clipboard |
| Copy | Copy the selected element(s) to the clipboard |
| Paste | Insert the contents of the clipboard to the selected document |
| Delete | Delete the selected element(s). |
| Replace... | Replace the selected element either with an element from the clipboard or with a new element. |
| Select All | Select all elements in a form or all text in a text view |
| Copy Image | Copy the image of the current view to the clipboard |
| Find objects… | Find all objects with given properties |
| Find & Replace... | Textual search and replace in the current pane. See also To find an object. |
| Find next | Repeat the previous textual search |
| Replace next | Repeat the previous textual replacement (for text windows only) |
| Go to line... | Move the cursor position to the given line (for text windows only) |
