New in Localization Estonia 4.8.0.2 (rel to 4.8.0.1)

• PEF renewables has been changed from 0.75 to 0.65.

• Added new energy sources for "Effective" district heating (0.65) and "Effective" district cooling (0.2).

• Added PEF factor for District cooling (0.4).

• DH generation efficiency has been changed from 1.0 to 0.9.

• The area definition for reports has been changed to "net area" as specified in Estonian building code

• Checked that the reporting made originally with https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/118012019012 is still valid with new regulations https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/122082019005

• Created new Excel report to get basic EC input and output directly from IDA ICE 4.8 to modified reports Lisa 2 "Energiaarvutuse lŠhteandmete esitamine" and Lisa 4 "Energiaarvutuse tulemuste esitamine".
