Finland 4.8.0.3 changelog

New in Localization Finland 4.8.0.3 (rel to 4.8.0.2)

• Updated EC Excel report for energy certificate information transfer to Finnish building energy register system controlled by ARA.

• The ARA transfer information website has been changed (the web page link has been updated to EC excel) to support https and WIN 10 usage with typical web browsers.

• The EC Excel report for energy certificate information transfer has been updated to support reporting for multiple AHU´s in same zone.

• The E-value roundings for each energy meter energy use (minor changes) have been removed from the EC Excel report for energy certificate information transfer. This has no effect
  to the actual EC E-value, which is created in the ARA´s energy register system.

• DHW losses have been corrected (minor changes) to all DH example building templates according to Finnish building code defaults. See "Project data" descriptions for modelled
  DHW system in the templates.

• The reporting for SIL 2018 S1 and S2 CO2 duration , were not changed.
