New in Localization Sweden 4.8 (rel. to 4.7.1)

• BBR25 is introduced.

• New table for energy meters is introduced. The table is used to set which meters should be divided with Fgeo, multiplied with
  factor for electrical cooling or which meters should be included in electrical heating power demand.
  This feature gives an opportunity for user to create its own energy meters.

• Updated templates for BBRFlerbostadshus, BBRSmahus and BBRLokal.

• New zone property "Uppvärmt (för Um)?" is introduced. This is used to know which zones are unconditioned according to ISO 13789.

• New table in the result report with building construcion areas and U-values that are used for calculation of Um.

• The calculation of the requirement for electrical heating power demand is slightly changed.

Fixed bugs

• Fixed bug in calculation of U-value for constructions towards unconditioned spaces.
