Smoother speed measure signal in case of zero traffic flow

+ Section Changes in sensors: air and wall temperatures are computed

by interpolation between midpoints of segments

(instead of interpolation between nodes). Temperature sensor

outside midpoint of outermost segment gets segment temperature.

+ Section Fire power is now always limited for low air flows if

"Zero air flow power reduction" is greater than 0.
